Uptime Guarantee

Majestic Technology shared and reseller hosting plans are backed by a 30 day money-back guarantee.* If you are not completely satisfied with our web hosting services, the full contract amount less any overages will be refunded if Majestic Tech is notified during the first 30 days of service following activation. No refund is available after 30 days. This money-back policy does not apply to dedicated servers, domain name registration or any additional services such as overages, disk space, bandwidth, IP addresses, etc.

* If you received a free domain name with your web hosting order, the money-back guarantee does not apply.

Uptime Service Level Agreement:

For Shared and Reseller accounts, Majestic Tech guarantees 99.9% uptime! With the exception of rare emergencies, in the event that we must take a server down for maintenance, we will give our customers at least 24 hours notice with exactly what time(s) it will be down and for how long. In the seldom event that there is unscheduled downtime, the customer is subject to a refund for the downtime.*
